I've been using Táve software literally for years now because it simplifies my business. If you want to skip right to the good stuff, you can scroll down below for a special trial link... Tave doesn't use discount codes... and I'll show you how you can use it for free.
Trying to find photography studio software can be a maddening process! Trust me, I've been through it. I did a lot of research on all of the studio managers out there and kept coming back to Táve.
Scheduling, invoicing, contracts and client management are all part of running a successful photography business. Why not pick a tool that makes all these tasks easier, keeps you organized, and gives you more time to spend doing what you enjoy-- photography.
I've customized my Tave Business Management account to make it uniquely mine: My products, my expenses, even custom workflows (I'm so forgetful... and tasks really help remind me to make calls and send vital emails.) One of the handiest features are the custom automated emails I can send clients before, leading up to-- and after their sessions to keep them informed and keep everything on track. --And for the $21.99 per month, it pays for itself to keep me organized, and for time saved.
The part of Táve that may be my most favorite, however, is the proposal system. That may not seem an obvious choice, but when I get contacted by a new client, with just a few clicks they get sent a proposal including their invoice, custom contract, and even a questionnaire. Everything can be template-tized, which, honestly, makes onboarding customers so simple.
One other note to prospective sign-ups: Táve is always being updated and improved, which is impressive. New features and updates roll out regularly.
I've been a happy customer, and you can read Táve Studio Manager reviews till you're mind goes bleary, but taking someone's opinion on a service can only go far. The only real way to find out if is well suited for you is to jump in and give a try.
Interested in checking it out? Have you been searching for a Tave discount code? You can use it free for 60 days (not the typical 30 days...) by using my Táve Studio Manager link and signing up below. I'm not going to lie, I save a few bucks for someone using my link, so I appreciate you taking taking time to read this, and I hope my product insight was helpful. Please note: Their referral program is a little wonky-- there are no discount codes, although I have suggested this to them, so people have to use links for the free service. Please use the orange "Try Táve Now" button on top of the referral page.
If you have any questions about the service, please leave a comment. It's a smart choice, and again, thanks!
All the best,
