It's very simple.

At the heart of every unforgettable boudoir party is a little bit of playful chaos, and that’s exactly what the Boudoir Party Grab Bag Game brings to the table. Inspired by the wild spirit of bachelorette parties, this game has become a staple in my boudoir party sessions for years—and for good reason!

It all started years ago with a group that wanted to do something a bit naughty and fun during their session...

What Is the Boudoir Party Grab Bag Game?

The premise is simple: A grab bag filled with “adult-themed props” is brought into the room. Think handcuffs, nipple rings, vibes, and other playful items. No one is allowed to see what's in the bag. Each guest randomly selects a "Prop" card that contains a number, which corresponds to one of the items in the bag. Their challenge? They have to pose with that item and incorporate it into some of their shots during their session. It’s part modeling, part improv, and 100% hilarity.

It can be played in that simple fashion, or the game can be "upgraded" in to almost an Uno-type game where they select the "Prop" card and also get an "Action" card. The "Prop" cards lets them know which prop they get, and can use their "Action" card for creating some hilarious twists to the game.

"Actions" cards can vary based on the type of group (and their comfort level) but some "Action" card ideas are:

• "Pass the Prop" Have everyone pass their "prop" to the person to their left or right.

• "Double Dare" The person who draws this card must draw a second prop from the grab bag.

• "Pick a Partner" Has to choose one other player to pose with you and your prop in a mini "partners" session.

• "Re-Draw Roulette" Player puts their prop back in the bag, and draws a new one.

• "Switch Up" The cardholder points to any two players (excluding themselves) and makes them switch props.

• "Director's Card" The player who draws this card becomes the "Director" and instructs another player (chosen randomly) on how to pose with their prop. The "Director" can give fun (or spicy!) instructions on how to use or model with it.

• "Hands-On Demo" Cardholder has to select another player (chosen randomly) and then demonstrate its "use" on that player in a playful (or down-right hot) manner.

...And the list goes on!

I also have plenty of groups that are super fine with serious adult items being part of the game. Every group has their comfort level, so pick accordingly. For most groups consider adding a mix of playful and slightly daring items to keep things interesting. Have a chat with your group's Boudoir Captain to get a sense of your group's level of comfort.

• Encourage Participation: While some guests might be shy at first, the group dynamic often helps everyone feel at ease. Let the laughter flow, and soon enough, everyone will want their turn.
