Let's face it... boudoir is a fun wedding gift. Every year, I personally work with more and more Monmouth County brides looking to create beautiful boudoir albums as a gift for their partners on their special day. Always wanted to know more about this bridal gift? Read on...

Hi. I'm Michael. I'm boudoir photographer that has photographed countless women from around Monmouth County and all throughout NJ throughout my career. I'm enthusiastic about my job, and... as you'll see... I work a bit differently than most boudoir photographers....for good reason! 😀

From the beginning, I always had a vision of what boudoir photography should be, and worked hard to make that vision a reality. Over the past ten years I've built a business creating specialty boudoir photography for elite NJ and NYC brides who wanted something more than the typical run-of-the-mill photography session for their wedding gift.

I wasn't certain what would happen at first, but as it turns out women responded. There was indeed a demand for this work, in fact, a bigger demand than I expected! Boudoir, at its heart, has always been about creating beauty. It's a simple form of photography about taking beautiful photos that are not only terrific gifts, but also keepsakes that are treasured for years. I learned long ago the real service I provide is creating that heart-warming experience when my clients view their photos five years...ten years down the line. It's indescribable. Combining that ideal along with a terrific client experience and luxurious albums was exactly they kind of business I wanted to operate. Now, my client calendar is often booked months in advance with women who enjoy experiences and --want the best for their bridal gifts for their partners

Along my journey it seemed to me that there was to be one common misconception among women regarding photographers-- that they all were the same. Boudoir photographers are not all the same.   This is an important, but overlooked, truism that causes big mistakes when it comes to clients selecting their photographer.  Making the smart choice can be boiled down to two things:  Quality and Customer Experience. Look at it this way. How long did it take you to prepare for your wedding?  You spent countless hours researching, visiting, and choosing the best possible venues and dress for your special day.  It had to be perfect.  It's not every day you may spend $110 per person on a gathering and $2000 on a dress, but your wedding is one of those times where you are celebrating a special occasion and it's about the experience and a lifetime of memories.  Make sense?   You certainly didn't plan an amazing wedding and then roll out to Taco Bell to feed your guests... That would be a bit strange!  True-- Taco Bell is cheaper, but you'd agree lowest price isn't always the best choice in this circumstance.  Get what I'm driving at?  Your boudoir session needs to be viewed with this same "wedding mindset." --period.  You don't go out and spend that much every time you have a gathering, but your wedding is one of those times where your celebrating your relationship with your partner.  Likewise, your boudoir session is that same type of special event.  It's about doing it right so the memories can be enjoyed for years.

You understand that when buying a Mercedes you're expecting something of more quality than buying used Hyundai.  You understand staying at a Ritz-Cartlon on vacation would be a different experience than a Holiday Inn Express.  As mentioned earlier, you'd certainly expect a much higher quality of food dining at Nobu than at a Taco Bell.  These same differences apply to boudoir photographers, as well. This is why comparing prices of photographers is useless, and not knowing any other details, is a meaningless comparison.  It's as meaningless as determining the Hyundai is a "better" car by only using price.  This is the biggest trap in photography, and causes the most heart ache.  Everyone has a budget!  I get it.  This is certainly true, but always, always, when it come to your photographer save and do it right... remember.. "wedding mindset" and leave the Taco Bell behind. I am certainly more of the "Mercedes"-type photographer.  No regrets there.  I've built my business working with elite brides from around NJ and NYC who wanted the best in wedding boudoir. Exceptional customer service is a huge part of my business and client experience.  From the client onboarding, to having a full beauty makeover on session day, to guiding my clients through the process up to and including the image selection process-- it's all about giving every client the best experience possible.  I'm enthusiastic about my job, and I want my clients to feel the same thing. In my world, quality is second to none.  I've worked tirelessly to create stunning and beautiful photos for my clients to enjoy for years into the future.  My work can't be found anywhere else, and your photos are unique just to you.  These photos are printed and bound in exceptional custom and hand-made albums that can't be found anywhere else.  They are rich and elegant products that are surely keepsakes to enjoy years into the future.  In addition, I'm creating custom wall art pieces that can transform a room. I'm here for those who value what I do and produce.  My clients are those who love experiences.  I simply refuse to cut corners, and as I've found, brides understood this and wanted exceptional photography as part of their special wedding days.
